To all of our patients, friends, and families: March 20th, 2020
RE: COVID-19 (Corona Virus)
These are unprecedented times for all of us. This week, the American Dental Association (ADA) issued additional guidance to all dentist throughout the U.S. to close their offices to elective dental care and make themselves available for emergency care only. Their recommendation is for these new guidelines be implemented immediately and remain in place for a minimum of three weeks (April 6, 2020).
Effective immediately the following steps are being taken:
• If you have a routine appointment in our office between March 20 and April 6, the appointment is being cancelled at this time. If you are in pain, please call (928) 774-4030 to speak with our staff members and to request an emergency appointment.
• At this time, we will only see patients who have a dental emergency including anyone who is reporting pain, swelling, infection, or dental trauma.
• Over the coming days, our scheduling staff will be contacting you to find a date and time after April 6th to reschedule your appointment.
• Someone from our office is available to speak with you should you have a dental emergency 24/7 by calling the office at (928) 774-4030.
NOTE: The situation with COVID-19 is changing constantly and the above guidelines are the latest available to us and any future appointments may need to be rescheduled again.
We are continually monitoring the situation with COVID-19 and will continue to adjust our policies in conjunction with Federal, State, and local health authorities and will notify our patients of future changes as the situation warrants.
We thank you for your adherence to these additional measures and thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. For additional information on COVID-19 (Corona Virus), please follow the links below:
