Dr. Tyler Garrett, DMD

A graduate of Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ in 2013. He has spent the past 8 years practicing dentistry in the United States Air Force. Now he is here, in Flagstaff, and thrilled to be joining the Oasis Dental Care family.

He has been married to his beautiful wife, Whitney, for the past 14 years. They have three children ages 10, 6, and 3. They are wonderful kids and are also thrilled to be here. They love being outdoors in the mountains and pines. Whether that is camping, hiking, or driving around to see new places, they are so excited to be a part of this community.

With five years of dental assisting experience and a huge passion for health care, Audrey is currently attending college working toward her goal of becoming a hygienist.
When she is not at home cooking or watching true crime documentaries she is either backpacking, snowboarding, or road tripping to national parks. She loves Flagstaff and all Arizona has to offer.

Shelly moved to Flagstaff from the Bay Area a year ago to be closer to her family.  Most of her time is spent with her three daughters, husband, and family. Two of her daughters are in college here in Arizona. She enjoys interior design, hiking in Sedona, yoga, and any kind of active workout.

Erica Griffiths

Erica is a graduate of Austin Community College, where she graduated with a Science Degree in Dental Hygiene and was awarded Sigma Phi Alpha.
She believes in providing long-term education on prevention, disease, and health management. She has a passion for the industry and loves to help her patients. In her spare time, she likes to hike, mountain bike, and hang with family and friends.

Angelica is a Northern Arizona University Alumni and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene. She believes in the importance of providing optimal care to all patients through patient education and offering preventive care. In her free time she enjoys watching movies, traveling, and spending time with family.

Cathleen David

Dental Assistant

Cathleen works full-time as a Dental Assistant here at Oasis Dental Care and is a part-time student. She has two littles, ages five and two years old. The best of both worlds, a girl and a boy.
She is currently taking prerequisites for the Dental Hygiene Program at NAU. Cathleen enjoy’s cooking spicy Mexican dishes & baking sweet sensations. She spends her time helping with her grandparent’s farm and livestock in Northern Arizona. She also loves sewing, crafting, and exploring great Northern Arizona with her little family. Cathleen is very enthusiastic about the dental field and loves helping her patients achieve and maintain great oral health.

Maria has a strong passion for dentistry and helping those in need of dental care. Patient care is very important to her as her dad was a dentist for 40 years.
She has been in Flagstaff for over 20 years. She began her journey in the medical field in 2012 as a CNA/Caregiver, then moved on to dentistry in 2019. Maria is the proud mother of 1, her goal in life is to ensure her 10-year-old old son Domingo has the life he deserves. She is also a dog mom to a 5-year-old husky Luna. She enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family.

Alexandrea Simard

Dental Assistant

Alex moved to Flagstaff around seven months ago from northern NY. She likes hiking, camping, and any outdoor activities. Alex also enjoys reading books in her free time. She is studying psychology at UMGC and loves helping people in any way she can.
